Texas Investigative Network, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Bill Pellerin with the vision of placing licensed Private Investigators – with diverse levels of training, experience and areas of specialty – throughout the great state of Texas. In a very short period of time, our agency received opportunities to respond to and successfully handle critical matters for clients within the legal, insurance, corporate and financial communities. By 1997, TIN had discreetly and effectively completed assignments in virtually all Texas jurisdictions, throughout the Gulf Coast region and in several other U.S. states as well.
Since its inception, TIN has successfully and discreetly completed more than 10,000 assignments. Currently, TIN employs 20 licensed private surveillance investigators throughout Texas and serve Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Lubbock, San Antonio McAllen, and Brownsville. Our investigators are very knowledgeable, experienced, highly specialized and have received extensive investigative training through local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, the U.S. Military and the Insurance and Legal Professions.
