Civil litigation can take years to resolve and throughout those years, fact witnesses often move and/or change telephone numbers. TIN has developed a highly effective, proprietary methodology of expeditiously locating people.
If necessary, TIN conducts personal interviews with witnesses for the purposes of obtaining statements in the form of notarized affidavits and/or signed declarations.
Adverse Parties

Adverse Parties/Plaintiffs/Defendants involved in civil lawsuits typically do not provide contact information and/or personal identifiers. The absence of this critical information creates difficulty developing current residential/employment addresses or initiating surveillance at a valid address.

Many Debtors/Defendants intentionally provide false contact and address information in order to avoid litigation, creditors, and/or process service. When a person passes away, the attorney for the estate and/or family members are typically left to administer distribution of the assets from the estate. When a complex and/or contentious situation(s) arises, attorneys trust TIN to help bring clarity to the matter by virtue of locating heirs, beneficiaries and/or assets in order to facilitate settlement of the estate.
Missing Persons

When a relative or loved one is missing, each second that passes can make locating this person more difficult. Missing person locate assignments are often resolved using a multi-faceted strategy involving on-line research, telephone/personal inquiries and extensive field work.
Each assignment varies based on a Subjects’ circumstances; therefore, TIN’s geographic focus and execution warrants a highly customized approach.
Subject Locate Policy
An Investigator shall, prior to providing a client any personal identification or location information of an individual, conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure that the client has a legitimate business or legal interest in obtaining that information.
When such due diligence is not possible or appropriate, or if the client appears to not have a legal or business interest, the client shall be informed that their contact information will be provided to the person they are seeking to locate and the personal identification information of the person they are seeking will only be provided to the client if that party consents.
