All TIN findings are subject to a detailed, extensive quality control review with a focus on the original case objectives.

Corporate Non-Compete

Surveillance Investigations

When a corporate client suspects a current or former employee of violating a Non-Compete Agreement, TIN Investigators work diligently to uncover the facts.

By documenting our findings, TIN Investigators enhance the client’s legal position when a non-compete violation has occurred.

Corporate Theft

Surveillance Investigations

On average, it takes 18 months for a company to catch an employee who is stealing. No matter the magnitude, most law enforcement agencies simply cannot investigate every incident of theft.

TIN specializes in strategically planning and executing covert surveillance investigations to identify the employees and activities responsible for a company’s monetary losses.

Employee Activity

Surveillance Investigations

When a corporate client has a suspicion or specific concern relative to an employee, TIN Investigators offer covert, mobile surveillance to monitor the employee’s whereabouts, activities or associates.

TIN Investigators provide our clients with surveillance video evidence and professionally detailed reports when illegal or unethical activities have occurred.

Employee Post-Termination

Surveillance Investigations

U.S. Department of Labor statistics show 2 million Americans are victims of workplace violence each year. Whether instigated by a co-worker or a former employee, workplace violence can strike anywhere, and no one is immune.

TIN Investigators are prepared to promptly initiate direct, 24/7 surveillance in order to closely monitor the threat level.
