When a relative or loved one is missing, each second that passes can make locating this person more difficult. Missing person locate assignments are often resolved using a multi-faceted strategy involving on-line research, telephone/personal inquiries and extensive field work.

Each assignment varies based on a Subjects’ circumstances; therefore, TIN’s geographic focus and execution warrants a highly customized approach.

Subject Locate Policy

An Investigator shall, prior to providing a client any personal identification or location information of an individual, conduct appropriate due diligence to ensure that the client has a legitimate business or legal interest in obtaining that information.

When such due diligence is not possible or appropriate, or if the client appears to not have a legal or business interest, the client shall be informed that their contact information will be provided to the person they are seeking to locate and the personal identification information of the person they are seeking will only be provided to the client if that party consents.

TIN locate assignments include in-house research, telephone inquiries, location attempts utilizing a variety of on-line, internet, proprietary computer databases, social media research, courthouse/government records, file leads, public and private records and other proprietary informational sources for purposes of establishing a current phone number, residential and/or employment address.

The cost for most Subject Locate assignments range between $ 500.00 and $ 1,250.00. This will vary on a case-to-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and whether or not field work is required.

TIN Subject Locate assignments are typically completed within 3 – 5 business days. Some locate assignments can; however, take longer (1 – 2 weeks) if the person we are attempting to locate is unstable and/or intentionally avoiding creditors, litigation, etc.

TIN conducts Subject Locate investigations on dead-beat dads and moms for the purposes of establishing new residential and/or employment addresses for process service. Under most circumstances, TIN provides this service to parents who have a need for this level of investigation on a no-fee basis. All that is needed is the name, last known address, phone number, personal identifiers, etc. for the dead-beat parent , in addition to the name and all direct contact info for the AG Representative that is currently handling your matter.
